Ongoing Classes

Walk-ins are welcome to any of our ongoing classes. If this is your first class at Akasha, please allow ten minutes extra before class to register or print the form here and complete it before you arrive.

Light and Easy Yoga

A gentle class specially designed for beginners or anyone wanting a slower pace. The class consists of slowly stretching while giving your body special care.

Refresh Yoga

A moderately paced class that helps you get in touch with your body, mind and spirit.

Challenge Yoga

A class designed for the yoga enthusiast! Previous yoga knowledge preferred.

Session Classes

Pre-registration and a minimum of 6 paid registrations are required to run class.

Beginner's Yoga

This class is for those new to yoga. Class will run in one-month sessions, meeting for 4–5 weeks, depending on the month.

Gentle Yoga

This class is for seniors 65 or older, and will focus on stretching while standing or sitting in a chair. Class will run in one-month sessions, meeting for 4–5 weeks, depending on the month.

Kids Yoga

This class helps 3 to 7-year-olds to increase flexibility, enhance concentration, and build self-confidence while having fun learning yoga. Class will run in three-month sessions.

Tweens Yoga

This class for 8 to 12-year-olds increases flexibility, enhances concentration, and builds self-confidence while having fun learning yoga. Class will run in three-month sessions.

Get Acquainted Yoga

A free one-hour class for your group of 5-15 people to discover what yoga is all about. Experience the beneficial effects of yoga with your friends, family, peers and/or coworkers. Available to families and friends, business, organization, youth, church, parent/child, athletic, and other groups.

Private Yoga

A yoga workout customized specifically for you in our private yoga studio or in the comfort of your own home. Whether a beginner or advanced student, take advantage of this one-on-one opportunity with our certified yoga instructor to address your special conditions such as pregnancy, body type, capacity, or injuries.

Yoga at Work

You provide the space, we bring the teachers and equipment to provide the energizing and restorative benefits of yoga to your workplace. We can teach up to 15 people per class. All our teachers are certified and insured.

  • Yoga before work gets everyone energized and alert!
  • Yoga at lunchtime is convenient for everyone to attend.
  • Yoga right after work releases the stress of the workday.

Yoga Party

For boys and girls of any age, birthdays, school breaks, scouts or any special event. While learning good things for their young bodies, they can eat their cake and do yoga too! During the two-hour party, they will do 45 minutes to 1 hour of yoga. Available for groups of 6-12 participants, ages 5 years and up. Yoga props, large table and chairs provided.
