All classes are included in monthly membership. Each class requires a fee or punch on card for
non-members.
Walk-ins welcome
We welcome you to walk in for any of our ongoing classes. If you are new to yoga or just starting back, we suggest that you try our "Light and Easy" classes first.
Registration Form
Before you take your first class with us, you will be required to fill out a member registration form. This will take about ten minutes, or you can print it here, fill it out and bring it with you.

*Pregnant women are welcome in all Beginner and Light and Easy classes. Simply let the instructor know that you're expecting and she'll help you adapt the poses to meet your body's changing needs.
